Dato’ Feizal is a seasoned professional with in-depth capital market knowledge garnered over 25 years in the regulatory, corporate finance and advisory field through his various roles and tenures with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), Bursa Malaysia Berhad(Bursa Malaysia) as well as public and private practices through BDO Malaysia. During his tenure with these entities, he was able to contribute extensively to the development of the Malaysian capital market practices and regulations while keeping abreast with innovations in the capital market. He endeavours to continue to leverage on his experience, skills and knowledge for the further development of the Malaysian capital market and to elevate it to be the preferred capital market and fund-raising centre in the region.
